TABO Ramallah: Union Construction and Investment (UCI), has finalized the internal road excavation works for its TABO master plans situated in Salfit, Farkha and Salfit, Broqeen. As part of its commitment to its customers, UCI has excavated every road displayed on its Farkh and Broqeen master plans and has completed its work far ahead of its promised deadline of April 1st 2012. Now every single plot of land in Farkha and Broqeen is served by a smooth access road that was carefully designed by UCI’s team of architects and urban planners and ratified by the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Local Government. UCI is now preparing to commence its roads excavation works in its TABO master plan in Kufr Ein.

Through TABO, UCI offers land that has been developed as part of an urban planned and thoroughly designed community. Each TABO master plan has been designed to include public services such as green areas, public areas, and internal roads that account for a maximum of 30% of the total master plan area, providing space, proper planning, and proper access to each plot. The average size of each plot has been designed to encompass a spacious total net area of 1,000m2 (1 dunum). All of the lands available with TABO are of course within Palestinian Authority area, in “Area A” and “Area B”, all are designated residential.

TABO Buying land in Palestine and registering a title deed in your name helps prevent illegal land confiscation in Palestine. The principal tool used by the occupation is to confiscate unregistered lands in Palestine and declare them as “state land”. According to the World Bank, 70% of the land in West Bank is non-registered land. Buying and registering land in Palestine can protect it from illegal confiscation and settlement, and promotes ownership and control of Palestinian land by Palestinians.
